These days, we just signed a customer whom from Africa for the placer gold concentrate. The customer from south of Africa country. They are starting a project for more than 50 acres placer gold near a river. They just want to find a factory that can supply to them a placer gold concentrate plant for 20-30t/h capacity.

In early days, they found more than 5 factories in China b2b web page, our factory is on the list. And for get more information from those factories, they made a plan for a visiting in China, after a week study in China, finally according to compare with others suppliers in experiences, manufacture, professional and quotation, they choose our factory as their supplier. Our factory manufacture the gold concentrate plant many years, and our engineers designed a flowchart for them, the plant design that you can see from the attached picture. It’s a small capacity about 20-25t/h, just for a test plant. So don’t need takes so much budget, we design the plant according their raw gold ore, it’s with sticky clay, so our engineer configurated a trommel scrubber for them, the placer gold trommel scrubber is the best one to washing the raw ore clean the clay, and screen mesh part separate the big gravel waste. After the clean work, the size -3mm will go to the centrifuge concentrator to concentrate the gold, the concentrate goes to shaking table concentrate again to get the best quality gold. The tailings from the centrifuge concentrator and shaking table goes to the sluice box to concentrate again in order to get few of miss gold. The waste is tailings.


This plant is design as their raw ore, to keep the gold ore clean and concentrate equipment to recover the concentrate gold. Most of alluvial gold ore just need clean, screen and concentrate. Laboratory Magnetic separator XCRS is mainly used for laboratory for metallic mineral processing. It leads at the same time, the magnetic separation of the fine-grained ores with strong magnetism by the use of wet- method. It is a small volume, light in weight, easy in operation and maintenance convenient. However, it is not suitable to be used with corrosive alkalis trials in preparation. The product is indicated by the only company of the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, manufactured in accordance with industry standards.

Drum Magnetic Separator is with an open magnetic system in its rotary drum quickly separate magnetic minerals absorbed by the magnetic force on the surface of the drum and threw mud in motion by a magnetic force, before it is washed out of the separator with the provided means of the rotation of the drum surface.

XCQS wet magnetic separator is composed of two parts, the main body power supply and the drum. The main part of Magnettrennumfasst essentially: (1) frame (2) magnetic drum ( 3) ore tank (4) spray tube ( 5) transmission ( 6) feed tank.

The drum power supply has a separate silicon bridge rectifier Targeted voltage source whose output is adjusted by the handle of the voltage regulator.

First Frame: The frame is welded by angle iron. It is the supporting part of the whole Gold Mining Machine.

Second Magnetic drum: four excitation coils and magnetic cores within the magnetic drum installed. In addition, an inter- pole without exciting coil on the side of the magnetic drum is installed along which the ore is discharged in order to facilitate the discharge of ore. These form a sector and fastened on the mandrel. The mandrel is mounted on the frame by bearing bush. The drum is made ​​of a nonmagnetic aluminum and stainless steel. The combination of sector coil causes the alternation of the magnetic field polarity at each magnetic pole palm. The grains of ore rotate 180 ° each time a magnetic pole goes. 3rd Transfer device: The transfer device is installed on one side of the bottom of the frame. In order to lower the center of gravity of the machine, the transmission part of three-phase AC motor, worm gear and worm gear is there. The output of the transmission is transferred to the magnetic drum by chains to ( not rotate the magnetic pole ), the rotation of the magnetic drum to drive. The magnetic drum is rotated at a constant speed of 25 rev / min. The direction of rotary force of the magnetic drum is consistent with the direction of ore feeding.
