application

1. Used for pre-concentration in the magnetic separation mill, remove the waste stones from the ore and restore grade.

Working principle:

If the starting materials in the tank body of the wet drum magnetic separator flow, firstly is the same as the direction of rotation magnetic drum, the flow direction of the raw materials, the magnetite iron materials are attracted to the surface of the drum. This is the first separation. in the second step, the raw materials will be back for the second release. this time, the flow direction of the raw materials is the washing water under flush with respect to the magnetic drum direction of rotation. then along with the rotation of the drum, the iron magnetite materials on the surface of the drum are finally leave the magnetic field and are incident on the field of ore concentrate under gravity. also the rinse water above helps to empty the iron in magnetite ore concentrate box. the weak magnetic and non-magnetic materials are not applied and to the discharge pipe for the tailings flow.
