New desgined gold sluice box with cover and riffles

As per customer’s demand , JXSC company have develped a new desgned gold sluice box: with cover and riffles.

With cover, it can be locked when machine at working, avoiding workers to take the gold.

With riffles: the big size gold can be catched more easily, can increase the recovery ratio.

The new desgined gold sluice box with cover&riffles are mainly used for recoveying gold tailings, or big size gold. It is widedly used in the gold mining plant. Our sluice box is with imported carpet from Japan, high quality and good function to catch gold.

Mobile shaking table - Jiangxi Shicheng Mine Machinery Factory

To meet customer’s request, JXSC company have developed a new type gold shaking table: the mobile gold shaking table/ shaker table. It is movable with wheels very conveniently.

The mobile gold shaking table can be made deck size 4500x1850mm, and 2100x500mm and 1100x500mm. And with different riffles table desk.

The mobile gold shaking table has good function of concentrating gold. Widely used in the gold mining plant, suitable to recovery fine gold with size below 2mm. Usually it is the final step to concentrate the fine gold.

Pulsating sluice box - Jiangxi Shicheng Mine Machinery Factory

Jiangxi Shicheng Mine Machinery Factory is producing a new type of the equipment called Pulsating sluice box. It's used for concentrating the very fine gold and flake gold. It can increase 10% gold grade than the traditional sluice.

To compare the traditional sluice and Pulsating sluice box, traditional sluice is with good recovery rate for the big size gold as the volumn and gravity is bigger than the buoyancy of water, so the big particle will go down. But when the gold is very fine or in flake, it will be difficult to be down.

It's difficult for the traditional sluice to slow the water speed, cuz if the fluidization of water is lower, the slurry will be easily deposited in the carpet. So most of the normal sluice is built in a big slope, so the water speed is fast. The fluctuate is with vibrating function, so the clay will not be deposited. And it's no need to build in a big slope, so the water speed can be lower so that the fine gold and flake gold will go down easily.And it's with good concentrating in the gold tailings.

Newest 40tons mobile gold plant for alluvial gold project delivery to customer North Korea

The newest 40tons mobile gold plant for alluvial gold project was delivered to North Korea last week. This plant a new design completely plant specially for our customer’s alluvial gold plant.

It contains gold trommel scrubber with grizzly hopper, gold concentrator, shaking table and sluice box. This plant capacity is about 40tons/hour, and all the equipment is in mobile style.

It is designed for the alluvial gold deposit with some gravel stones, the gold trommel scrubber with grizzly hopper, to keep only feeding material size <50mm can flow into the scrubber to enhance the service life of the equipment.
